The surprise of the day was the nine nil win by Bethesda Ath away to Llanrug Utd, all were hoping for a far better goal score, two matches were change at last minute with the home games of Amlwch Town and Nantlle Vale whose grounds were unfit so played there matches away at there opponents grounds, who they had not played away so far this season,
Great co operaton from all four clubs and match officials to play the fixtures.

SATURDAY 25TH OCTOBER

ANTHONY WARREN
I have to inform everyone of the sudden death of One of our very senior referees
Anthony Warren w
ho passed away at the age of 83 after a very short illness on Friday

We all remember Anthony who refereed his last match at Bethesda Ath at the age of 80 years old in 2005, and he had been a very good servant to North Wales Football especially the Caernarfon Area League and Welsh Alliance League, Anthony will be missed by us all

TUESDAY 21ST OCTOBER

Draw for Round Four of the Wesh Trophy has been made and North Wales Clubs are
Y Felinheli v Rhydymwyn

SATURDAY 18TH OCTOBER

The league have three teams in the Round Four of the F A of Wales Trophy in
Glan Conwy who had an easy 12 goals to one win over Wrexham Area team Borras Park Albion, Rhydymwyn had to go to extra time to gained a one win over local rivals Llanrwst Utd, The best victory of the day went to Nefyn Utd who knocked cup holders Rhoss Utd with an 35 minutes penalty, the draw for round four will take place on Tuesday 21st October

A fourth team from North Wales still in the competition are Caernarfon Area team Y Felinheli who went to play Venture a team from Wrexham, they won by three goals to two after extra time, but I think a record was set, by all the eleven players for Venture being cautioned and three were sent off ,leaving them to complete the game with eight players, and the Venture Manager was also sent off, the match referee had to have a escort by the Felinheli officials to reach his car in safety when leaving the ground after ther match.

The league match between to the bottom teams Amlwch Town and Nantlle Vale was called off due to a waterlogged ground

MONDAY 10TH OCTOBER
So far this season 88 different players have been nominated for this season player of the year, and 124 different players have score in the league this season.

Seven hat tricks have been scored in league matches so far

Saturday 4th October
The League have one clubs still in the Welsh Cup , Pwllheli who had an excellent win over fellow league members Llandudno Jucntion by 2 goals to nil and have now drawn big guns
Carmarthen Town in Round Three at home, so are hoping for a big pay day,
Halkyn Utd held Welsh Premier side Newi Cefni Druids to a 2 - 2 draw at half time, but two early goals in the second half gave the home side a victory, Glan Conwy were unlucky to lose by the odd goal away to Lex Xl, and Rhydymwyn went to extra time away at Gresford Ath
before going down by four goals to one.
In the league when you score four goals at home you would expect to win, but not Amlwch Town who allowed Barmouth & Dyffryn to run in six goals for only there second win of the season, Holywell Town missed a first half penalty, and then three quick goals in the second half gave Bethesda Ath a win which moves then with two points of the leaders Rhyl.
Llanrwst Utd and Llanberis played out a seven goal match with an 89 minute goal giving Llanrwst Utd the three points, Llanrug Utd ran in seven goals againts league new comers Llanllyfni with Gavin Edwards scoring four of them.Nefyn Utd are coming to form again with a four goals to two home win against Conwy Utd, the match bewteen Nantlle Vale and Rhyl was posponed due to a waterlogged ground.

Llandudno Junction, Holywell Town, Llanberis and Llanrug Utd all lost, matches which the league would have hope they would have won, But we have four teams still left in this years competition, to fly ther flag for the league in Nefyn Utd, Llanrwst Utd, Glan Conwy and Rhydymwyn, who will play again on the 18th October.

15th SEPTEMBER
The draw for round Two of the Welsh Cup did not go well for three of our clubs with them all being drawn away, With Halkyn Utd the hardest draw away to Welsh Premier League side Newi Cefyn Druids, Rhydymwyn are away to Gresford Ath and Glan Conwy away to Lex XI
We will have one team going into round two as Llandudno Junction and Pwllheli have drawn each other. our best wishes to all teams, as this will be there main chance of money this season. the ties to be played on Saturday 4th October,

13TH SEPTEMBER

Clubs did not do so well this season in the First rouind of the Welsh Cup, with only four teams going in to the draw for Round Two on Monday at mid day
Glan Conwy, Llandudno Junction, Halkyn Utd and Pwllheli,

Due to Nantlle Vale match being called of at late notice by a local referee due to the poor condition of the ground , this match will now be played on Saturday 20th September against Chirk AAA.
Most other teams will be involved in Round two of the F A Trophy, where we hope for more success.

4TH SEPTEMBER
32 Clubs have entered this season Barritt Cup , the full draw can be seem until the Baritt Cup competition section, also the draw for round one of the Cookson Cup

SUNDAY 17TH AUGUST
